Citizen Space

We take the best elements of a coffee shop (social, energetic, creative) and the best elements of a workspace (productive, functional) and combine them to give indie workers the chance to have their own, affordable space. Citizen Space was built on coworking philosophy. Our residents are: software engineers, web developers, small startups, social media strategists, entrepreneurs, designers, writers, public relations specialists, and more.

We are a large, open plan work space with over 20 dedicated desks as well as a large “communal table.” Other perks include kitchen, living room area and conference room. People rave about the casual space—no corporate speak found here. Friendships evolve, knowledge-sharing is rampant, and job networking happens all the time. It’s coworking. Since opening our doors in 2007, Citizen Space has hosted dozens of meetups, launch parties, demo nights, startup mixers, and other professional development events. Members can host for free and we also rent out the space. Check out the calendar and come on by.
