Membership

Membership (being a “Citizen”) includes full use of the space and is based on a monthly membership fee. We are always looking for cool people who value being part of a coworking community.

Citizen Full

$425/month

(less if you pay 3 months at a time)
  • All the benefits listed to the right, plus:
  • Dedicated desk that is all yours
  • Key with 24/7 access to the space
  • Priority use of conference room, space to host events, etc.

Citizen/Coworking Lite

$300/month

  • All the benefits to the right, plus:
  • Work from communal desk only
  • Key with 24/7 access
  • Lockers available for storage

Drop-In

free/donation

We welcome visitors and those looking to try us out. We are generally open for Drop-Ins 10am-6pm weekdays and space is first come, first serve; there’s usually plenty of room. Citizen Space has one of the most generous drop-in policies in the country (technically, we’re free) but $10-$20 donation for a good day’s work goes a long way with karma in the space.

  • Work from communal desk or white cafe tables only
  • Conference room is off-limits but you can rent it for a modest fee.

Included with Memberships:

  • Dedicated desk that is all yours (for Citizen Full members)
  • Unlimited use of conference room
  • Access to lounge, kitchen, cafe area
  • Space to host evening or weekend events/workshops
  • Space for third parties to come in and collaborate with you
  • Wifi, printer/copier
  • Coffee/tea, water, office ‘perks’ (like beer and wine and snacks and stuff)
  • Projector, whiteboards, flipcharts
  • Growing library of resources
  • Working with cool people

Ground Rules:

  • Respect the space of other Citizens
  • Be a groovy cat: digging a higher purpose in life and contribute to making this a great space to work.
  • Be okay with evening and occassional weekend events happening in the space (you will be warned, don’t worry)
  • Insure your own belongings/equipment
